Westwood classic chino trousers for woven fabrics (PDF)

Featuring: fitted at the waist and hips, slightly relaxed through the legs, low waist classic chino pants and shorts designed for non stretch woven fabrics. These chinos feature slanted pockets with pocket facing and backing, a fly with a clean finish and extended fly cover for a hidden second button/hook closure at the waistline, classic welt pockets, 7 belt loops and a lined narrow contoured waistband. They come in full length (just below the ankle bone, 27.5, 30 and 32.5 in inseam for Petite/Reg/Tall) or in mid thigh shorts length (4, 4 1/2 and 5 in inseam for Petite/Reg/Tall). Hems finished with a regular hem.

The pdf pattern comes in US0-US30 sizes in PETITE, REGULAR and TALL height range.  

DIFFICULTY

The pdf pattern is an advanced beginner to intermediate (5-6/10)  level and requires some sewing skills, time and patience to learn new techniques.  Takes 4-10 hours in total to finish (time may vary depending on your chosen options, skills, equipment and supplies). We recommend to split the sewing in stages across 3-4 days.

FABRIC

Medium weight opaque woven fabrics. Use light to medium weight denims, cotton drill, twill, linen, suiting, pinwale corduroy, cotton/linen blends. For pockets and binging use poplin, lining fabrics or lightweight cotton.
